Do I need to buy the hardware upfront?

No. NanoEye devices and XMarkers are included in your subscription. We ship the hardware, you mount it, and pay a simple monthly fee per forklift. No capital expenditure required.

What happens if a NanoEye device is damaged?

We replace it at no extra cost under your subscription. Devices are ruggedised to IP67 standards, but warehouse environments are tough — we have you covered.

Can I start with one site and scale later?

Absolutely. Most customers start with a pilot at a single site and expand to their full network over time. Our pricing scales with you.

Is there a minimum contract period?

We offer month-to-month billing on all plans. Annual commitments receive a discount. Enterprise contracts are tailored to your needs.
